GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Once a student is admitted he/she is bound to obey the rules and regulation of the academy in letter and spirit.
2. Every student will come to academy in neat and proper uniform. A fine may be imposed on a student wearing shabby and uniform.
3. Any student will not keep himself absent from the class except in circumstances beyond control. A leave application duly signed by the parent/guardian should be sent ‘to the academy in advance.
4. Every student is obliged to take part in each and every activity of the academy viz., morning assembly: news reading, games & sports and extra curricular activities.
5. Student must come to the academy after conclusion of Morning Prayer and attendance.
6. Students are advised to keep their classrooms and academy campus clean. They are also retrained from indulging in scattering bits of papers on the floor, making the walls dirty and Damaging the school furniture and other property. These have to be kept intact for use by their younger ones in future. Damage and miscues of any items shall be treated as misconduct the cost of the academy property. Damaged or lost due to negligence will be recovered from the student/students responsible for the negligence.
7. As Medium of instruction is English, students are advised to converse in English at home and in academy.
8. Concession in tuition fees may be granted to really needy, deserving and meritorious students.
9. Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings by labeling them well with their names.
10. Girls are not allowed to put on ornaments like earrings, rings, chains etc. No nail polish and perfumes is allowed in the class except in cultural programs.
11. The student shall appear in all tests (Formal & informal) conducted in academy and shall try to maintain high academic standard.
12. Any improper conduct during examination will be taken very seriously and will be liable for action.
13. Loitering around outside the classroom while teaching is on, all movements from one class to other should be systematic so that no disturbance is caused to the smooth working/functioning.
14. Students should be active participant in every activity of academy that is derogatory to one’s self respect.
15. Students are advised to follow the suggestions given by subject teacher. Always note the H.W. in diaries and do it properly.
16. A student who has suffered form an infectious disease may attend school only after producing a certificate from a competent medical authority that he does not carry risk of transmitting it to the other students.
17. Whenever a subject teacher does nor come in the classroom within 5 minutes after the bell for the period, the monitor should report the fact to the office.
18. Late corners are required to have written permission of class Teacher’s/Principal’s in the diaries before entering the class.
19. It is expected from each student that he/she will observe the high sense of discipline, decency and decorum in the school as swell as at home and will be an example to other in the society.
20. Students are expected to reach school in time.
